Applied AI Engineer
Design, deploy and tune the chat, voice and automation agents running inside client operations.
What you will own
- Build retrieval-grounded agents on client data
- Design evaluation harnesses and quality loops
- Integrate agents with CRM, telephony and calendars
- Own accuracy targets in production
What we are looking for
- 4+ years engineering experience, 2+ with LLM systems
- Strong grasp of retrieval, evaluation and guardrails
- Production experience, not prototypes
- Clear written communication
