The content here is provided for information. You may read, share and quote it with attribution. You may not scrape it at scale, republish it as your own, or use it to train commercial models without written permission.
No guarantee of results
Case study figures describe outcomes achieved for specific clients under specific conditions. They are evidence of what we have delivered, not a forecast of what your program will achieve. Nothing on this site constitutes a commitment to a particular result.
Engagements
Client work is governed by a signed statement of work that sets out scope, deliverables, fees, timelines and ownership. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement takes precedence.
Pricing shown on this site is indicative. Final fees are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Intellectual property
The SCORPSOFT name, logo and site design are ours. Deliverables produced for a client transfer to that client on full payment, unless the statement of work says otherwise.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of this website is limited. Liability arising from client engagements is set out in the relevant statement of work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, unless a signed agreement specifies a different jurisdiction.
